Terms of Use
These terms apply to the games Nove, Naipe, Encaixe, Letreiro, Frasco, Ladrilho, Manilha, Pastelão, Baluarte and Mata Adentro, published by Silva Studio, the name used by an independent developer. By playing, you accept them and the Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits the consumer rights the law of your country gives you.
1. License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to play on devices linked to your Google account. You may not copy, resell, modify or commercially exploit the games, or bypass purchases, ads or protections.
2. Gems and items
- Gems are the games’ only currency. You earn gems by playing and can also buy them.
- Gems and items have no value outside the game and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred.
- Before every purchase, the item shows exactly what you get and the price. Nothing is randomized: there are no loot boxes, for money or for gems.
- Daily gifts are free and can’t be bought.
3. Purchases and refunds
- Purchases go through Google Play, which charges you, issues the receipt and shows the final price in your currency, taxes included.
- Permanent items, such as “No ads”, are tied to your Google account and can be restored with the “Restore purchases” button in the Shop.
- Refunds within 48 hours directly through Google Play. In Brazil, you can also ask for a refund within 7 days by email, under the Consumer Protection Code.
- In the EU and UK, when you buy digital content delivered right away, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends the 14-day withdrawal right, unless the law says otherwise.
- Users under 18 need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy.
- We don’t sell subscriptions.
4. Ads
The free games show frequency-capped ads between rounds and rewarded videos you watch only if you choose to. The “No ads” purchase removes between-round ads and banners. Mata Adentro is a one-time purchase with no ads.
5. Conduct
Don’t use cheats, third-party programs or bugs to gain advantages or items. We may correct balances or items obtained through technical errors.
6. Availability and changes
We may update or rebalance content to fix bugs and improve the games. If a game is shut down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice inside it, and what is saved on your device will keep working offline.
7. Liability
The games are provided as is. We are liable as the law requires, but not for problems caused by third parties, your device or use against these terms, to the extent the law allows.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the consumer protection laws of the country where you live and your right to go to your local courts.
