Privacy Policy

Silva Studio · Updated on 2026-11-06

This policy covers the games Nove, Naipe, Encaixe, Letreiro, Frasco, Ladrilho, Manilha, Pastelão, Baluarte and Mata Adentro, published by Silva Studio, the name used by an independent developer (“we”). It explains what data the games process, why, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.

1. Summary

  • The games don’t ask for an account, name, email, location, contacts, photos or microphone.
  • Your progress is saved only on your device.
  • On first launch you enter your birth year (or choose not to) and decide whether to allow usage statistics and personalized ads. You can change this any time in Settings.
  • Users under 18, and users who don’t give their age, never get personalized ads. For users under 14, the game sends no statistics and ads use no personal data.
  • Mata Adentro has no ads and no in-game purchases.

2. Data we process and why

  • Advertising ID, IP address and technical device data: to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud (Google AdMob). Legal basis: consent for personalized ads; legitimate interest for non-personalized ads and fraud prevention.
  • Usage events (level started or finished, missions, shop opened): to understand what works and fix problems (Google Firebase Analytics). Legal basis: consent.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: to fix bugs. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Purchase history (product, amount, currency): to deliver and restore purchases and meet legal duties. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your card details.
  • Birth year you enter: to apply protections for minors. It stays on your device. Legal basis: legal obligation and protection of minors.
  • Messages sent to support: to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who receives data

  • Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase and Google Play), processing data on our behalf and, for ads, also as an independent controller. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Public authorities, where the law requires it.

We don’t sell your data. Google’s services may store data in other countries, such as the United States, with the contractual safeguards required by law.

4. Children and teenagers

The games are for a general audience aged 13 and over and aren’t directed at children. If someone enters an age under 14, the game turns statistics off and asks Google for ads that use no personal data and have suitable content. Purchases use the device’s Google account and may need a parent’s approval through Family Link. If you are a parent and believe we hold data about a child, write to us and we will delete it.

5. How long we keep data

Statistics: up to 14 months. Support messages: up to 2 years. Purchase records: as long as the law requires. Progress on the device is erased when you uninstall the game or clear the app’s data. After that period, data is permanently deleted.

6. Your rights and choices

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, and withdraw consent at any time. In the game, Settings → Privacy lets you turn off statistics and personalized ads. On Android you can also delete your advertising ID in Google settings. For anything else, write to silvastudio.games@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days.

7. Security

Connections to the services above are encrypted (HTTPS). We don’t store passwords or payment details.

8. Rights by region

Brazil. We follow the LGPD and the ECA Digital. You can complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). We don’t use profiles of children or teenagers for advertising, and we don’t sell randomized items.

European Union, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Besides the rights above, you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask for restriction of processing and complain to your local data protection authority. Transfers outside the region use the standard contractual clauses adopted by Google.

United States. We don’t sell personal data for money. Under some state laws, such as California’s, personalized ads may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, turn off “Personalized ads” in Settings: this works as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request. You can ask to know, correct and delete your data without discrimination. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA).

South Korea. For users under 14, we don’t process personal data for statistics or personalized ads. Ad and statistics data is transferred to Google LLC (United States) over the internet at the time of use; you can refuse by turning these options off in Settings. Privacy officer: Silva Studio, silvastudio.games@gmail.com.

Japan. By allowing statistics or personalized ads, you consent to that data being provided to Google LLC in the United States. Information on the US data protection system is available on the website of Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.

Turkey. You have the rights in Article 11 of the KVKK. Transfers abroad rely on the explicit consent given on the “Before you play” screen, which you can withdraw in Settings.

Indonesia. You have the rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), including withdrawing consent and requesting deletion.

Taiwan. You have the rights in Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
